Connect with Care: Telehealth and Interpreter Options

Our telehealth options allow you to access professional medical care through secure phone or video consultations, making it easier to stay on top of your health without travelling.

We ensure that all patients can access the care they need, with interpreter services available to support your consultation, whether remote or at the clinic.

Phone appointments

We understand that it’s not always possible to visit in person. Telephone appointments are available for certain circumstances, such as for patients living out of town. However, please note that some situations may still require an in-person visit to provide the best care.

Our friendly clinic staff are happy to discuss your needs and help determine if a telephone appointment is suitable for your situation.

Video appointments

Video consultations can be a useful remote option for some patients, and can be particularly helpful for visual assessments, allowing your healthcare provider to better understand your condition.

Just like telephone appointments, video consults are available under certain circumstances and our clinic staff will help you determine if it's appropriate for your needs.

Some situations may still require an in-person visit for the most accurate care.

Communication

The clinic is able to arrange free telephone or in-person interpreters through the Translating and Interpretive Service.

The National Relay Service is also available for people who are deaf or have a hearing or speech impairment. Alternatively, a family member or other person may be present for a consultation with the patient's consent.
