MyMedicare is a new patient registration model. It aims to formalise the relationship between patients, their general practice, general practitioner and care teams.
By registering as a patient of Deniliquin Clinic, additional funding will be available from the government to assist your primary care team in delivering the care you need.
Registering with MyMedicare will enable a greater continuity of care with your doctor, enable longer telehealth consultations (where applicable) and improve health outcomes by formalising your relationship with your GP.
How to register
From 1 November 2025, Express Plus Medicare app will no longer be available. Therefore, the easiest way to register for MyMedicare is via your myGov account or app.
